Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between digital marketing and traditional marketing methods?

Digital marketing is based online, while traditional methods are obviously offline. Digital marketing strategies leverage web search, email, social media, etc. to get the attention of today’s savvy consumer, who primarily begins their product search online.

In the past, local businesses have used print ads in local publications and newspapers, direct mail, billboards, and bus shelters, radio spots, etc. to get their message out to the public, however many of these methods are increasingly becoming less effective.

What are the advantages of digital marketing over traditional methods?

One of the biggest advantages of digital marketing is that you can measure the results very accurately! When you put an ad in the newspaper for example, you can get some sense of the performance of your ad by having people mention it when they call, or using some other way of measuring, however you cannot tell how many people are actually looking at the ad, how many people are seeing the ad and ignoring it, etc.

Say you run an ad on Google. You can see exactly how many times your ad show, how many times people clicked on it, what they did after they clicked on your ad, etc. This makes it a lot easier to adjust your methods to achieve better results!

What’s it like working with your Agency?

We work as an extension of your team. You’ll be in direct contact with us at all times through a dedicated account manager. Our intention is to build a long-term relationship, and to actually help your business succeed. Therefore, we’ll work to create a custom strategy that suits your needs and goals. We’re not interested in selling services that you don’t need.

Do I actually need SEO?

Traditional SEO is only one ingredient in your overall strategy. Today’s consumer does a lot of their own research about your services and products before they ever engage with your business, and they start their buying journey online. There are different phases of your buyer’s journey, and depending on where they are at, they are asking different questions.

The goal of your digital strategy must be focused on helping your buyer through each stage of their journey, thus becoming the obvious choice at the end, when they are making their final purchasing decision.

This is why it is not just about ranking your site with SEO techniques. In fact, content is so crucial these days. You are an expert in your business! By producing great content that helps your buyers solve the problems they are experience, you are not driving them away from purchase, rather, you are building trust and rapport with them before they ever call you or set foot in your store!

Why do I need a new website?

Your website is your most important salesperson.  It’s where potential customers go to learn about your products and services, to contact your company, and even make a purchase. Without a captivating, informative website your business is missing out on providing the best customer experience possible.

Are your services affordable?

We can work with budgets both large and small. If you are currently investing a lot of marketing dollars into traditional methods, we can show you how to make those dollars go farther with a digital campaign, or even reduce your marketing budget. Our main goal will be to help you get the most of whatever marketing budget you have, and prioritize your strategy based on what you are looking to invest.

If you’re new to digital marketing, a great starting point is our Digital Branding Packages, which set a solid foundation for your online marketing success.

No! We believe in entering a mutually beneficial partnership. Our success is based on the results we help you achieve.
